Here at Wren Elementary 4th and 5th Grade students have the opportunity to participate in an Archery Unit during P.E class.
Student will learn:
- About Archery (i.e dominate eye, different types of bows)
- How to shoot a bow and arrow
- Safety
- Archery Terminology
WREN ARCHERY CLUB
During the Archery Unit students will be given the opportunity to try-out for the Wren Archery Club Team.
Wren Archery Club Details:
- consists of 2 practices a week (one in the morning and one after school 2:30-3:30)
- all students must have a ride available to pick them up
- 3-4 tournements
- 1 Anderson district 1 Archery tournament against the other schools in the district who have an archery team
- 1 out of district tournament
- 1 Regional Qualifier
- 1 State Championship if team qualifies.
