    Welcome back students and parents! My name is Raquel Barbary, and this is my tenth year working in Anderson School District One, and my fourth year at Powdersville Middle School. I am so excited to be a part of the Powdersville Middle School family. Your child is in a fantastic school community where they will be encouraged, and challenged to grow academically, socially, and personally every day. Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, attending their games and events, and traveling with my husband's job.  I am so excited for this year and our time to learn together!  We are going to work diligently as we mix in a variety of reading fun!
