Hello! My name is Kelly Peters, and I am very excited to be part of the PVMS family this year! I was born and raised in North Western Pennsylvania. I moved to Powdersville several years ago with my husband and our two children. Both of my children graduated from Powdersville High School. This will be my 27th year teaching. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to teach at every grade level, with the exception of kindergarten and 2nd grade. The majority of my experience, however, has been spent working at the 6th grade level. Since moving to Powdersville, I have taught at Mauldin Elementary and West Pelzer Elementary. I feel blessed to be back in 6th grade teaching reading and look forward to working in the community in which I live.
