Welcome to the Schumpion's webpage!  I am Jennifer Schumpert and this is my 3rd year at Powdersville Elementary teaching 5th grade.  Prior to teaching here, I was a substitute for Anderson 1 and was involved in the PTSO at Concrete Primary and Powdersville Elementary.  I taught pre-kindergarten for 9 years, was a stay-at-home mom, 1 year, assisted in developing a math curriculum, taught K3 at Berea First Baptist Child Development Center, was co-director of the center for a year and then taught in the Early Childhood Department at Clemson University. I am passionate about teaching and growing each student in academics and character.  

I am married to John Schumpert, who is also a teacher and owner of Ultimate Driving School.  We have one child, Jack, who is a 9th grader this year at Powdersville High School!
