    The role of the Parent/Teacher Organization is to inform parents of the ongoing issues and events within the school. The PTO is an organization that recruits volunteers and also accents the existing educational program within our school and supports its staff. Funds raised by the PTO provide the means for assemblies and special functions that are held.  This organization was formed by parents for the purpose of informing parents.

    The PTO sponsors the following events:
    • Staff Appreciation
    • Membership
    • Fundraising throughout the school year
    • Staff Lunches/Coffee Bars
    • Candy-Grams on Valentine's Day
    • Daddy/Daughter Dance
    • Mother/Son Night
    • Faculty Vs. Fifth Grade Basketball Game
    The PTO meets every month in the Media Center. Parents are notified of meeting dates and times through teacher newsletters, email, Remind 101 and Social Media. Anyone may join the PTO, and we encourage you to do so.
