Seat time recovery will be required to make up missed days beyond 5 unexcused absences per semester class, 3 for nine week classes, or 10 for year-long classes. Seat time recovery sessions will run Tuesday/Thursdays from 3:30-5:30pm and other times and days as we have supervision available and cost $10 per daily session.

The attendance clerk and counselors notify students and parents by email throughout the semester, but seat time can be served before being notified. However, seat time may not be PRE-served for intended future absences.

Seat time will be charged $10 per session regardless of how many hours served during that session and can be paid in the front office. Fees can be paid online by asking the front office to assess it to students account so it will allow payment using RevTrak.

Students can sign up from the attendance page from the Wren site or from the email notification or Ms. Rogers room directly. If students do not sign up, they can still serve by reporting to Ms. Rogers unless her classroom is full.

Any student who does not complete seat time will receive a Failure to Attend (FA) as their final grade on their report card which will remain as their historical grade until their seat time has been completed.
