PVES’s The Seekers of the Hidden Libraries team competed against six other district elementary schools in a Battle of the Books competition. They came out of the first round of competition victorious, and the second round ended in a tie-breaker. After countless correct answers, the Seekers defeated the other team, winning the entire competition. The team members were Emma Lashley, EllieClaire Long, Elise Pottberg (team representative), Eliza Porter, and Ellison Smith .
