Another “new” staff member with a familiar face this year is Mr. Andrew League! Mr. League has worked the past two years in our SPED Department serving as a 1:1 assistant. This year, Mr. League will move over to our Academic Support Department and serve as our Fast Lane Coordinator. If anyone can fill the large shoes Mrs. Schoffstall left behind, it’s Mr. League - those students are blessed to get him. 🍎❤️

Meet the Patriot! Our school is excited to welcome some new faces to our Staff. If this “new” face looks familiar, it’s because she’s one of our own - a graduate of the Class of 2020. Welcome back to PVHS in your new role, Ms. Reagan Hiller! 🍎❤️

Attn. Seniors and parents/guardians of Seniors! To help stay "in the know" via texts on Senior happenings this year, plan to join one of our Senior Remind groups. Please sign up according to your last name but know that the information shared is the SAME across all groups. Remind limits the number per group, so please be sure to sign up in the appropriate group so we can get everyone on - thanks!

Due to a change in the course order of our high school science curriculum, many of our Freshmen AND Sophomores will be taking Biology this year. Here is a supply list for those students...

For the 2024 season, PVHS Swim team is conducting early sign up now through our first practice on the week of August 5th. This early sign up allows us to plan for swimsuit availability and practice lanes at the Powdersville Y, as well as provide communications and updates as we approach the season.

Thanks to the 81(!) campers who came out for this year’s PVHS Youth Volleyball Camp! This was the most attendees ever, and we trust the the girls learned many new skills while having a fun time. As Coach Passini said about our Volleyball program, “The future is bright!”

This year’s recipient of “The Charlie Pike True Grit Award” is Scott Drayton. Thanks so much for all that you do for the student-athletes at Powdersville High School and Powdersville Middle School. His hard work and dedication to our Athletic Department is second to none. We are so lucky to have Scott and his family with us and part of our community!

A reminder about our upcoming Youth Sports Camps for this summer! Check individual flyers for specific info. There’s a reason our Patriots sports programs are so strong - we start early!

The Patriots are AAA Baseball State Champions!! PVHS defeated Hanahan 9-5 in game 3 of the series. So proud of this team and coaching staff and all they accomplished this season. You’ve made history, boys, as the 1st PVHS Baseball team to win State. ⚾️🏆🥹👊

Today's the day - let's go, Patriots!! ⚾️👊

Youth Volleyball Camp check in and pick up will be in the main gym (right across from the baseball/softball fields). Check-in will begin at 8:45 and pick up will be at 11:30. We have over 60 campers signed up so please arrive on time to keep things moving smoothly. Campers are asked to wear their camp shirts on Tuesday (they will receive them at check-in Monday).
Go Patriots!
