It was a big week at Powdersville Elementary. We had our 5th graders represent us at the ASD1 Olympics, Girls on the Run had their big race, and our Mother & Son event was a big hit. #pvespride

Today our students and staff wore purple in honor of our Military Family Spirit Week. Some of our students and staff that have family members in the military also added the purple pinwheels in front of the school.

Congratulations to The Seekers of the Hidden Libraries! Not only did they win our school Battle of the Books competition, but they also won for the district. These ladies made us very proud! #pvespride

We want to congratulate all of our students who became part of our Writing Wall of Fame on Friday. These students were recognized for having one of the best writing pieces in their class due to hard work perfecting their writing craft. #pvespride

We hope you can join us for a PVES Work Day. Our new picnic tables are ready to be assembled and put in our outdoor area. We also have some cleaning up and pressure washing that needs to be done at the school. We would love for you to come to help keep our building looking great! Please use the Sign-Up Genius link to sign up. We are in need of someone to bring tools, pressure washers, and any other supplies listed in the sign-up genius.
